Classic Summer Lemonade


When talking about summer beverages people would immediately think of lemonade. It is one of the most iconic drinks for everyone and is enjoyed by people of all ages. To make this drink you must prepare sugar, lemons, water, and ice. Before you start making the lemonade, there’s a key factor that you should know and that is to make sure the sugar dissolves perfectly in the lemon juice. To achieve that you could make a simple syrup which is just sugar and water heated up together. After you make the syrup, pour it into the lemon juice. Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade


Surrounding the topic of summer beverages, this beverage is perfect for those who like to drink lemonade but would like to try something similar yet new. The ingredients that you need are 225g of strawberry, 945ml of sparkling water, 235ml of lemon juices which is about 4 lemons, and ½ cup of honey or you could also substitute it with simple syrup. The first step is to add the strawberries, lemon juice, and honey to a blender and blend it smoothly. Second, pour the sparkling water and strawberry puree into a pitcher and stir it evenly. Watermelon-lime Slushie


Another summer beverage that would come to mind when talking about summer is slushies. Maybe it’s not the same slushie that we all know but this slushie is a better and healthier alternative. To make this drink, you would need 150g of watermelon, 1 lime that is already juiced, 120ml of water, 2 cups of ice, and a slice of lime for garnish. To make it, first, you need to pour all the ingredients except the slice of lime into a blender and blend until smooth. Second, pour it into a glass and garnish it with a slice of lime. And lastly, enjoy the slushie.


Coconut and Orange Juice


This beverage is what people would usually enjoy when they’re out on a beach. It’s full of nutrition and tastes really good. To make this beverage, you need to prepare simple syrup, 1 green coconut that you have already cut and take the coconut meat and the coconut water out, ½ kg of orange that you have squeezed, ice, and mint leaves for garnish. The first step is to pour the orange juice into a glass or a pitcher and then pour in the coconut water as well. After that, you add the coconut meat. Next, if the coconut and orange juice is too sour, add some simple syrup and mix it to make it taste sweet. Finally, add the ice and mint leaves for garnish.
